Neurosurgeon Miyabi Kawauchi (Hana Sugisaki) loses all her memories of the past two years due to an unexpected accident, and her new memories only last for one day. Every morning, she begins her day by reading her diary and refreshing her memories. She is currently working as a nursing assistant while receiving treatment from Koichi Osako (Arata Iura), a professor of neurosurgery. One day, Tomoharu Sanpei (Tatsuya Wakaba), a neurosurgeon who returned from the United States, takes up his post.
