In Saitama Prefecture’s Koshigaya City, a high-quality ingredient called "Santou Sai" or "Mountain East Vegetable" has been discovered. This ingredient, also known as a type of cabbage, can be enjoyed in various dishes, including hot pots where it becomes tender, and as a pickle where it retains its crunch. The flavor of this giant cabbage has even impressed Yuki Kashiwagi, who exclaimed "It’s delicious!" The main attraction of winter hot pots is indeed cabbage.
