In the third episode of Fuji TV’s drama *"Namiurarakani, Meotobiyori"*, Natsubi attends a gathering of naval officers’ wives called the "Hana Ikada no Kai." Despite her inexperience, she receives support from Fumiko, the chairman’s niece, who is single and works as a typist. Natsubi becomes curious about her husband Taku’s past after being advised that understanding it is important. Fumiko visits Natsubi and suggests cooking a rice curry together. During their cooking session, Natsubi confides in Fumiko about her concerns. Fumiko then invites Taku’s stepmother, Ikuko, to join them. Natsubi confronts Ikuko about Taku’s past, but Ikuko reveals she knows nothing about his life before joining their family. After the meal, Natsubi falls asleep and overhears Ikuko expressing regret for rushing Taku and Natsubi’s marriage due to her own selfishness. Later, Natsubi is visited by her sister, Fuyuko, and childhood friend, Junta. Meanwhile, Taku returns home to find Junta at the entrance, setting up a dramatic confrontation.
